Trevista is a 3 bedroom bungalow, with a lounge, dining room, conservatory, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. It is very spacious and light and airy and can easily accommodate 5 adults. The private spacious and well maintained rear garden is fully enclosed, with a patio with table and chairs, a lawn and flower beds. The bungalow is centrally heated. Bed linen and towels are included within the tariff. For any guests staying more than a week a change of linen and a mid let clean are also included.
The property has wireless broadband available to guests, please ask for more details when booking. The lounge and dining room both have Freeview televisions, the lounge has a flatscreen TV with a built in DVD player, and also an external video player / recorder, for which there are also lots of children’s videos.
Trevista is a no smoking property.
main bedroom
is very spacious and has a double bed, 2 wardrobes and a dressing table. With two bucket armchairs and a coffee table in the bay window. A travel cot is also available.
2nd bedroom
has 2 single beds,with a built in wardrobe and cupboard.
3rd bedroom
is a single, with built in wardrobes and cupboards (and plenty of childrens toys and games).
lounge
has views over the rear garden and has a leather 3 piece suite, to seat 5, and a music centre. There is a bookcase full of books. The lounge leads to the
conservatory
which has a cane and fabric sofa and 2 chairs, glass topped table and also a childs seat. A door from the conservatory leads out into the patio and and rear garden.
dining room
has an oval table, with 6 chairs, plus a dresser, side table. The windows look out onto the rear garden.
large Kitchen
is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine. There are plenty of work surfaces and utensils if you want to indulge in some cooking. The kitchen also has access to the garden.
bathroom
has a corner bath , with electric shower over and hand basin.The wc is separate, but right next door.
parking
is available on-street, immediately outside Trevista and you can also park on the front grass. There is a garage to the rear, but access into this is tricky for most modern cars, however, you may wish to use this space for storing bikes, buggys and beach stuff (Some beach toys and equipment is provided free of charge). There is also a tumble dryer in the garage.
Trevista is in a quiet location, within easy and level access to the beach - which is a 2 minutes walk away. Ideally placed for Chichester and Bognor, plus the wildlife of Pagham and Chichester Harbours, as well as areas of the South Downs National Park.
