Trevista is in a quiet location, within easy and level access to the beach – which is just a 2 minutes walk away. Ideally placed to explore Chichester, Bognor and beyond.
Lounge
The lounge has views over the rear garden and has a leather 3 piece suite, to seat 5, and a bluetooth speaker. There are books and games in the built in shelving units.
Conservatory
The conservatory has a cane and fabric sofa and 2 chairs, glass topped tablet. A door leads out into the patio and and rear garden.
Dining Room
The dining room has an oval table, with 6 chairs, plus a dresser and side table. A highchair is available. The windows look out onto the rear garden.
Kitchen
The large kitchen is fully-equipped with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine. There are plenty of work surfaces and utensils if you want to indulge in some cooking. The kitchen also has access to the garden.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a corner bath , with electric shower over and hand basin.The wc is separate, but right next to the bathroom.
Main bedroom
The main bedroom is very spacious and has a double bed, 2 wardrobes and a dressing table. With two armchairs and a coffee table in the bay window. A travel cot is also available.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has 2 single beds,with a built in wardrobe and cupboard.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom has a single bed, with built in wardrobes and cupboards (and childrens toys and games).
Outside
Parking is available on-street, immediately outside Trevista and you can also park on the front grass.
Other Information
There is a garage to the rear, but access into this is tricky for most modern cars, however, you may wish to use this space for storing bikes, buggys and beach stuff. (Some beach toys and equipment is provided free of charge). There is also a tumble dryer in the garage.
